Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9757
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): Once I fell ill, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to visit me and said, "Shall I not teach you the words of ruqyah (supplication seeking healing) that Jibril (Gabriel) blew upon me?" I said, "May my parents be sacrificed for you, why not?" He said, "These words are: I seek refuge for you in the name of Allah from every disease that ails you, from the evil of those who blow on knots, and from the evil of an envier when he envies."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں بیمار ہوگیا تو نبی کریم ﷺ میری عیادت کے لئے تشریف لائے اور فرمایا کیا میں تمہیں جھاڑ پھونک کے ایسے کلمات نہ سکھا دوں جن سے جبرائیل علیہ السلام نے مجھے دم کیا تھا؟ میں نے عرض کیا میرے ماں باپ آپ پر قربان ہوں کیوں نہیں فرمایا وہ کلمات یہ ہیں اللہ کے نام سے میں تمہیں جھاڑتا ہوں اللہ تمہیں ہر اس بیماری سے جو تمہیں تکلیف پہنچائے گرہوں میں پھونکیں مارنے والیوں کے شر سے اور حسد کرنے والے کے شر سے جب وہ حسد کرنے پر آجائے شفاء عطاء فرمائے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba mein bimar hogaya to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) meri ayadat ke liye tashreef laaye aur farmaya kya mein tumhein jhaad phoonk ke aise kalmat na sikha dun jin se Jibraeel Alaihissalam ne mujhe dum kiya tha? Mein ne arz kiya mere maan baap aap par qurban kyun nahi farmaya woh kalmat yeh hain Allah ke naam se mein tumhein jhaadta hun Allah tumhein har us bimari se jo tumhein takleef pahunchaye grahon mein phoonkain maarne walon ke shar se aur hasad karne wale ke shar se jab woh hasad karne par aa jaye shifa ata farmaye.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ . وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ ثُوَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، قَالَ: دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا أَشْتَكِي، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: يَعُودُنِي، فَقَالَ:" أَلَا أُعَلِّمُكَ"، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ:" أَلَا أَرْقِيكَ بِرُقْيَةٍ رَقَانِي بِهَا جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام؟"، قُلْتُ: بَلَى، بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي. قَالَ: " بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ، وَاللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ" . وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ:" مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ فِيكَ".
