Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9959
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prohibited a person from sending his marriage proposal to the same person his brother has sent a proposal to, or from conducting a marriage contract with the same person his brother has conducted a contract with.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نکاح بھیج دے یا اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر اپنی بیع کرے
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is se mana farmaya hai ki koi shakhs apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham nikah bhej de ya apne bhai ki bay par apni bay kare.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , وَعَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِح ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى أَنْ يَسْتَامَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ، أَوْ يَخْطُبَ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ" .
