Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9981
It is narrated in the aforementioned Hadith that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “My inheritors will not distribute dinars and dirhams (wealth/money). Whatever I leave behind, besides the provisions for my wives and the salaries of the workers of my land, is charity.”

گزشتہ سند ہی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میرے ورثاء دینارودرہم کی تقسیم نہیں کریں گے میں نے اپنی بیویوں کے نفقہ اور اپنی زمین کے عامل کی تنخواہوں کے علاوہ جو کچھ چھوڑا ہے وہ سب صدقہ ہے۔
Guzishta sanad hi se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mere waris dinar o dirham ki taqsim nahin karenge maine apni biwion ke nafaqah aur apni zameen ke aamil ki tankhwahon ke ilawa jo kuchh chhoda hai woh sab sadqah hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ , عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لَا يَقْسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي، وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي، فَإِنَّهُ صَدَقَةٌ" .
