Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9980
It is narrated in the same Hadith that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade that a person should pray in a single cloth in such a way that no part of the cloth is on his shoulders.

اسی سند سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ کوئی شخص اس طرح ایک کپڑے میں نماز نہ پڑھے کہ اس کے کندھوں پر کپڑے کا کوئی حصہ بھی نہ ہو۔
Isi سند se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam ne is baat se mana farmaya hai ke koi shakhs is tarah ek kapre mein namaz na parhe ke uske kandhon par kapre ka koi hissa bhi na ho.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ , عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قَالَ:" نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ، لَيْسَ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ" .
