Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9995
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “A woman should not be gathered in marriage with her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt.”
Grade: Sahih
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کسی عورت کو اس کی پھوپھی یا خالہ کے ساتھ نکاح میں جمع نہ کیا جائے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kisi aurat ko uski phoophi ya khala ke sath nikah mein jama na kiya jaye.
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ , عَنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، قََالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا، وَلَا بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا" .
