Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 7907
Narrated by Sayyidah Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever did not intend to fast before dawn, then there is no fast for him."
Grade: Sahih
(٧٩٠٧) سیدہ حفصہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے فجر کے وقت روزے کی نیت نہ کی اس کا روزہ نہیں ہے۔
(7907) Syeda Hafsa (RA) se riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jis ne fajr ke waqt rozy ki niyat na ki us ka roza nahi hai.
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)'s wife, Sayyida Hafsa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever did not intend to fast before dawn, then there is no fast for him."

(٧٩٠٨) نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی زوجہ سیدہ حفصہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے فجر کے ساتھ روزے کی نیت نہ کی اس کا روزہ نہیں ہے۔
(7908) Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki zojha Sayyida Hafsah (Razi Allah Anha) farmati hain ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jis ne fajar ke saath rozey ki niyyat na ki us ka roza nahi hai.
Sayyida Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever did not intend to fast from the night, then there is no fast for him."
Grade: Sahih
(٧٩٠٩) سیدہ حفصہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے روزے کی نیت نہ کی اس کا روزہ نہیں ہے۔
(7909) Syeda Hafsa (RA) farmati hain keh Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Jis ne rozey ki niyat nah ki us ka roza nahi hai.
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) reported that Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: "Fasting is only for the one who intended to fast before dawn."
From Yunus Zuhri, on the authority of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), and in another narration from Salim, it is reported that both Abdullah and Hafsah said this. It has also been narrated to the contrary, as Malik has stated.

(٧٩١٠) نافع (رح) فرماتے ہیں کہ عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) فرماتے تھے روزہ اسی شخص کا ہے جس نے فجر سے پہلے روزوں کی نیت کی
یونس زھری کے حوالے سے ابن عمر (رض) سے اور ایک روایت میں سالم سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ عبداللہ اور حفصہ دونوں نے یہ بات کہی اور اس کے خلاف بھی کہا گیا جیسے مالک نے بیان کیا ہے۔
(7910) Nafi (RA) farmate hain keh Abdullah bin Umar (RA) farmate thay roza usi shakhs ka hai jis ne fajar se pehle rozon ki niyat ki
Yunus Zuhri ke hawale se Ibn Umar (RA) se aur aik riwayat mein Salem se naqal farmate hain keh Abdullah aur Hafsah dono ne yeh baat kahi aur is ke khilaf bhi kaha gaya jaise Malik ne bayan kiya hai.
Sayyidah Aisha (RA) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Whoever did not intend to fast before the dawn, then there is no fast for him.”

(٧٩١٢) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتی ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے طلوع فجر سے پہلے روزے کی نیت نہ کی اس کا روزہ نہیں ۔
