Chapter: The Prohibition of the Haram Person Dying
باب المحرم يموت
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9195
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man was standing with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the plain of Arafat, riding on his she-camel. His she-camel made him fall down and he died. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Give him a bath with water and lotus leaves, shroud him in two pieces of cloth, and do not perfume him or cover his head. Verily Allah will raise him on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah.

(٩١٩٥) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ اپنی اونٹنی پر سوار میدان عرفات میں کھڑا تھا ، اس کی اونٹنی نے اس کو گرا دیا تو وہ مرگیا تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس کو پانی اور بیری کے پتوں کے ساتھ غسل دے دو اور دو کپڑوں میں کفن دے دو اور اس کو خوشبو نہ لگاؤ، اس کا سر نہ ڈھانپو۔ یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت کے دن اس کو تلبیہ کہتے ہوئے کو اٹھائے گا۔
(9195) Ibne Abbas (RA) farmate hain ke aik shakhs Nabi (SAW) ke sath apni untni par sawar maidan e Arafat mein khara tha, us ki untni ne us ko gira diya to woh mar gaya to Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: us ko pani aur beri ke patton ke sath ghusl de do aur do kapron mein kafan de do aur us ko khushbu na lagao, us ka sar na dhanpo. Yaqinan Allah Ta'ala qayamat ke din us ko talbiyah kahte hue uthaye ga.
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that they were on a journey with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when a man among them fell down from his mount, his neck was broken and he died while he was in the state of Ihram. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Wash him with water and lotus leaves, shroud him in his two garments and do not cover his head, for Allah will raise him on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah."

(٩١٩٦) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ سفر میں تھے کہ ایک آدمی اپنی سواری سے گرا اس کا منکا ٹوٹا اور وہ مرگیا جب کہ وہ محرم تھا۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس کو پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے غسل دے دو اور اس کو اسی کے دو کپڑوں میں دفن کر دو اور اس کا سر نہ ڈھانپو، یقیناً اللہ اس کو اس حال میں اٹھائے گا کہ یہ تلبیہ کہہ رہا ہوگا۔
(9196) Ibne Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh hum Rasool Allah (SAW) ke sath safar mein thay keh aik aadmi apni sawari se gira uska munka toota aur wo mar gaya jab keh wo muhrim tha. Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya: Iss ko pani aur beri ke patton se ghusl de do aur iss ko isi ke do kapron mein dafan kar do aur iska sar na dhanpo, yaqeenan Allah iss ko iss haal mein uthaye ga keh yeh talbiyah keh raha hoga.
Ibn Shihab said that a son of Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) died in the state of Ihram, so he did not cover his head nor did he apply any fragrance to him.

(٩١٩٨) ابن شہاب فرماتے ہیں کہ عثمان (رض) کا ایک بیٹا حالت احرام میں فوت ہوگیا تو انھوں نے اس کا سر نہ ڈھانپا اور خوشبو نہ لگائی۔
(9198) ibne shahab farmate hain ke usman (rz) ka aik beta halat ehram mein fot hogaya to unhon ne uska sar na dhanpa aur khushbu na lagai.
