Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not give anything to anyone as 'Umra or make it 'Riqba. Whoever gives something to someone as 'Umra or makes it 'Riqba, it will become inheritance."

(١١٩٨٧) حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : نہ تم عمریٰ کے طور پر کسی کو کوئی چیز دو اور نہ رقبیٰ کرو ۔ جس نے عمریٰ یا رقبیٰ کے طور پر کسی کو کوئی چیز دی تو وہ وراثت بن گئی۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Na tum Umrah ke tor par kisi ko koi cheez do aur na raqba karo. Jis ne Umrah ya raqba ke tor par kisi ko koi cheez di to woh wirasat ban gayi.
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Umra is permissible for the one who is provided with the means for Umra, and Ruqba is permissible for the one who is provided with the means for Ruqba."

(١١٩٨٨) حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : عمریٰ اس کے لیے جائز ہے جس کو بطور عمریٰ کوئی چیز دی گئی اور رقبیٰ اس کے لیے جائز ہے جسے بطور رقبیٰ کوئی چیز دی گئی ہو۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Umrah uske liye jaiz hai jisko ba-taur umrah koi cheez di gayi aur ruqba uske liye jaiz hai jise ba-taur ruqba koi cheez di gayi ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is made heir to something, it belongs to that same person, both during his life and after his death, and do not make a bequest to an heir. Whoever is given a bequest, then it is his inheritance."

(١١٩٨٩) حضرت زید بن ثابت (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو شخص کسی چیز کا وارث بنایا گیا تو وہ اسی آدمی کی ہی ہے اس کی زندگی میں بھی اور موت کے بعد بھی اور نہ رقبیٰ کرو ۔ جو رقبیٰ دیا گیا تو وہی اس کا وارث ہے۔
Hazrat Zaid bin Sabit (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jo shakhs kisi cheez ka waris banaya gaya to wo usi aadmi ki hi hai uski zindagi mein bhi aur mout ke baad bhi aur na riqba karo. Jo riqba diya gaya to wohi uska waris hai.
