Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12394
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA): A man died in the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) . The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Look! Is there any heir of his?" They replied, "No, but he has a slave whom he has freed." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Give (his property) in inheritance to his slave."

(١٢٣٩٤) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دور میں فوت ہوا، نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کہا : دیکھو کیا اس کا کوئی وارث ہے ؟ انھوں نے کہا : نہیں، مگر صرف ایک غلام ہے، جسے اس نے آزاد کیا تھا، رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اسے اس کی میراث دے دو ۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai ki ek aadmi Rasool Allah (SAW) ke daur mein foot hua, Nabi (SAW) ne kaha: dekho kya iska koi waris hai? Unhon ne kaha: nahi, magar sirf ek ghulam hai, jise usne aazaad kiya tha, Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: use iski miraas de do.
(12395) It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man died during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and left no heir except a slave whom he had freed. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave him his inheritance.

(١٢٣٩٥) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دور میں فوت ہوگیا اور سوائے ایک غلام کے کوئی وارث نہ چھوڑا جسے اس نے آزاد کیا تھا، رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اسے اس کی میراث دے دی۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai ki ek aadmi Rasool Allah (SAW) ke daur mein faut hogaya aur siwaye ek ghulam ke koi waris na chora jise usne azad kiya tha, Rasool Allah (SAW) ne use uski miraas de di.
It is narrated by Ibn Abbas (R.A.) that during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), a man died leaving no heir except a slave. The Prophet (peace be upon him) gave him his inheritance.

(١٢٣٩٦) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے عہد میں ایک آدمی فوت ہوگیا اور سوائے ایک غلام کے کوئی وارث نہ چھوڑا۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو اس کی میراث دے دی۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah (SAW) ke ahd mein ek aadmi فوت hogaya aur siwaye ek ghulam ke koi waris nah chora. Nabi (SAW) ne usko uski miras de di.
Narrated `Awsajah: A man emancipated a slave and the one who emancipated him died, leaving no heir, whereupon the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave his inheritance to the one whom he had emancipated.

(١٢٣٩٧) عوسجۃ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے کسی کو آزاد کیا، جس نے آزاد کیا وہ فوت ہوگیا اور اس کا کوئی وارث نہ تھا، رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کی وراثت آزاد کیے ہوئے کو دے دی۔
Aousaja se riwayat hai ki aik aadmi ne kisi ko azad kiya, jis ne azad kiya wo faut hogaya aur us ka koi waris na tha, Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne us ki wirasat azad kiye huye ko de di.
