باب من جعل الصدقة في صنف واحد من هذه الأصناف
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13128
When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent Muadh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) to Yemen, he said: "You are going to a people of the Scripture. When you reach them, invite them to testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah. If they accept that, then tell them that Allah has enjoined upon them five prayers during the day and night. If they accept that too, then tell them that Allah has made it obligatory on them to pay Zakat, which will be taken from the rich and distributed among the poor. If they accept this as well, then beware of taking their precious possessions and beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between it and Allah.”

(١٣١٢٨) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے معاذ بن جبل (رض) کو جب یمن کی طرف بھیجا تو فرمایا : تو ایسی قوم کے پاس جا رہا ہے جو اہل کتاب ہیں، جب تو ان کے پاس جائے تو ان کو اس چیز کی دعوت دینا کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں ہے اور محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔ اگر وہ اس بات کو مان لیں تو پھر ان کو بتاؤ کہ تم پر ایک دن اور رات میں پانچ نمازیں فرض کی گئی ہیں۔ اگر وہ اس بات کو بھی مان لیں تو پھر بتاؤ کہ اللہ پاک نے تم پر صدقہ بھی فرض کیا ہے، جو امیر لوگوں سے لیا جائے گا اور غریبوں میں تقسیم کیا جائے گا۔ اگر وہ اس بات کو بھی قبول کرلیں تو ان کے قیمتی مال سے بچنا اور مظلوم کی بددعا سے بھی بچنا؛ کیونکہ اس کے اور اللہ کے درمیان کوئی پردہ نہیں ہوتا۔
(13128) Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Muaz bin Jabal (RA) ko jab Yemen ki taraf bheja to farmaya: To aisi qaum ke paas ja raha hai jo ahle kitab hain, jab tu un ke paas jaye to un ko is cheez ki dawat dena ke Allah ke ilawa koi ma'bood nahin hai aur Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Allah ke Rasool hain. Agar woh is baat ko maan len to phir un ko batao ke tum par ek din aur raat mein panch namazain farz ki gayi hain. Agar woh is baat ko bhi maan len to phir batao ke Allah Pak ne tum par sadaqah bhi farz kiya hai, jo ameer logon se liya jayega aur ghareebon mein taqseem kiya jayega. Agar woh is baat ko bhi qubool karlen to un ke qeemti maal se bachna aur mazloom ki bad'dua se bhi bachna; kyunki us ke aur Allah ke darmiyan koi parda nahin hota.
Abdullah bin Bilal Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: “I was about to kill a young goat or sheep that was given in charity after you.” The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said (upon hearing this): “If it were not given to the poor emigrants, I would not accept charity from it.”

(١٣١٢٩) عبداللہ بن بلال ثقفی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آیا اور کہا : قریب تھا کہ میں آپ کے بعد کسی بکری کے بچے یا بھیڑ جو صدقہ کی ہوتی کی وجہ سے قتل کردیتا تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے (یہ سن کر) فرمایا : اگر وہ مہاجر فقراء کو نہ دیا جاتا ہوتا تو میں اس سے صدقہ نہ لیتا۔
Abdulalh bin Bilal Saqafi (RA) farmate hain ki aik shakhs Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass aya aur kaha: qareeb tha ki main aap ke baad kisi bakri ke bache ya bhed jo sadqa ki hoti ki waja se qatal karta to Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne (ye sunkar) farmaya: agar woh muhajir fuqara ko na diya jata hota to main us se sadqa na leta.
It is narrated on the authority of Shaqiq bin Salama that when the wealth of Zakat was brought to Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), he gave it to the family of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the same form as it had come to him.

(١٣١٣١) حضرت شقیق بن سلمہ سے روایت ہے کہ سیدنا عمر بن خطاب (رض) کے پاس زکوۃ کا مال لایا گیا تو انھوں نے اسی طرح اہل بیت کو دے دیا جیسے ان کے پاس آیا تھا۔
Hazrat Shaqiq bin Salma se riwayat hai ki Sayyidna Umar bin Khattab (RA) ke pass zakat ka maal laya gaya to unhon ne isi tarah Ahl-e-Bait ko de diya jaise un ke pass aaya tha.
It is narrated from Hadrat Saeed bin Jubair, regarding the statement of Allah Almighty {Indeed, [Zakah] charities are only for the poor…} [At-Tawbah: 60], that he said to a man: If you give charity to one category (of the eight mentioned in the verse), it will suffice you.

(١٣١٣٣) حضرت سعید بن جبیر سے اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس فرمان { اِنَّمَا الصَّدَقٰتُ لِلْفُقَرَآئِ ۔۔۔} [التوبۃ : ٦٠] کے متعلق منقول ہے کہ انھوں نے ایک آدمی سے کہا : اگر تو ایک صنف میں صدقہ دے دے تو یہ تجھے کفایت کر جائے گا۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair se Allah taala ke is farman { innamas sadaqaatu lil fuqaraaa' } [al tauba : 60] ke mutalliq manqol hai ki unhon ne ek aadmi se kaha : agar tu ek sinf mein sadaqa de de to yeh tujhe kafaayat kar jaye ga.
Haakim said to Ibrahim: "Should I give my zakat to one of the eight categories mentioned in the book of Allah, the Exalted: {Indeed, zakat expenditures are only for the poor...} [At-Tawbah: 60]". He (Ibrahim) said: "Yes."

(١٣١٣٤) حضرت حکم نے ابراہیم سے کہا کہ میں اپنی زکوۃ ان آٹھ مصارف میں سے کسی ایک کو دے دوں جن کا ذکر اللہ تعالیٰ کی کتاب میں ہے : { اِنَّمَا الصَّدَقٰتُ لِلْفُقَرَآئِ ۔۔۔} [التوبۃ : ٦٠] انھوں نے کہا : ہاں۔
hazrat hakam ne ibrahim se kaha ki mein apni zakat in aath masarif mein se kisi aik ko de dun jin ka zikr allah taala ki kitab mein hai { innamas sadaqaatu lil fuqaraai ...} [al tauba : 60] unhon ne kaha : haan.
The Department says that I inquired from the order about charity: Can it be given to only one gender, as mentioned by Allah Almighty in the Holy Quran? They said: There is no harm. I asked: From whom did you hear this? They replied: This is what Ibrahim used to say.

(١٣١٣٥) شعبہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حکم سے صدقہ کے متعلق پوچھا : کیا ایک ہی صنف کو دے دیا جائے گا جن کا ذکر اللہ تعالیٰ نے قرآن پاک میں کیا ہے۔ انھوں نے کہا : کوئی حرج نہیں۔ میں نے پوچھا : آپ نے کس سے سنا ؟ انھوں نے کہا : یہ بات ابراہیم کہا کرتے تھے۔
