Chapter on a man dividing his charity among his relatives and neighbors, if they are from the two shares, regarding kinship and the rights of neighbors
باب الرجل يقسم صدقته على قرابته وجيرانه، إذا كانوا من أهل السهمان لما جاء في صلة الرحم وحق الجار
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13214
Narrated `Aisha (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “The womb is a source of kinship, whoever maintains it, Allah will maintain him, and whoever breaks it, Allah will break him.”

(١٣٢١٤) حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رحم اللہ کی طرف سے ٹہنی ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ اس کو ملائے گا جو اس کو ملائے گا اور اللہ تعالیٰ اس کو کاٹے گا جو اس کو کاٹے گا۔
(13214) Hazrat Aisha (RA) se riwayat hai ke Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya: Rahm Allah ki taraf se tehni hai, Allah Ta'ala usko milayega jo usko milayega aur Allah Ta'ala usko kaatega jo usko kaatega.
`Abdul Rahman bin Auf narrated that I heard you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon you) saying that Allah Almighty said: I am Rahman and I created kinship and I chose it from among My names. Whoever joins it, I will join him, and whoever cuts it off, I will cut him off.

(١٣٢١٥) عبدالرحمن بن عوف فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے : میں رحمان ہوں اور میں نے صلہ رحمی کو پیدا کیا اور اس کو میں نے اپنے ناموں میں سے منتخب کیا۔ جو اس کو ملائے گا میں اس کو ملاؤں گا، جو اس کو کاٹے گا میں اس کو کاٹوں گا۔
(13215) abdul rehman bin auf farmate hain ke maine aap ko farmate huye suna ke allah taala farmata hai : main rehman hun aur maine sila rehmi ko paida kiya aur is ko maine apne naamon mein se muntakhib kiya jo is ko milaye ga main is ko milaunga jo is ko kate ga main is ko katunga
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah created the creation. When He finished from His creation, Ar-Rahm (womb) got up and said, 'This is the place of seeking refuge with You from being cut off.' So Allah said, 'Yes, wouldn't you be pleased that I join whoever joins you, and cut off whoever cuts you off?' It said, 'Yes, O my Lord!' He said, 'Then that is for you." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If you wish, recite (the Quranic Verse): 'Have you considered if you were given mastery, you would surely make mischief in the land..'" (47:22-23).

(١٣٢١٧) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ نے مخلوق کو پیدا کیا۔ وہ جب تخلیق سے فارغ ہوا تو صلہ رحمی نے کہا : یہ مقام ہے قطعی رحمی سے پناہ پکڑنے کا تو اللہ پاک نے فرمایا : ہاں، کیوں نہیں ! کیا تو راضی نہیں ہے، میں اس کو ملاؤں گا، جو تجھ کو ملائے گا اور میں اس کو کاٹوں گا جو تجھ کو کاٹے گا تو اس نے کہا : کیوں نہیں اے میرے رب ! وہ صلہ رحمی تیرے لیے ہے۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اگر تم چاہو تو پڑھو : { فَہَلْ عَسَیْتُمْ اِنْ تَوَلَّیْتُمْ اَنْ تُفْسِدُوْا فِی الْاَرْضِ۔۔۔} [محمد : ٢٢۔ ٢٣]
(13217) Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se riwayat hai ki Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya: Allah Ta'ala ne makhlooq ko paida kiya. Wo jab takhleeq se farigh hua to silah rahmi ne kaha: Ye maqam hai qatai rehmat se panah pakadne ka. To Allah Pak ne farmaya: Haan, kyun nahi! Kya tu razi nahi hai, main isko milaunga, jo tujhko milayega aur main isko kaatunga jo tujhko kaatega. To usne kaha: Kyun nahi aye mere Rab! Wo silah rahmi tere liye hai. Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya: Agar tum chaho to padho: {Fahal asaytum in tawallaitum an tufsidoo fil ard...} [Muhammad: 22-23].
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The return of favors is not the real kindness but the real kindness is to connect relationship with those who have severed it with you."

(١٣٢١٩) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کسی کام کا بدلہ دینا صلہ رحمی نہیں بلکہ صلہ رحمی کرنے والا وہ ہے کہ جب اس کے ساتھ تعلق منقطع کیا جائے تو وہ ملائے، یعنی صلہ رحمی کرتے ہوئے تعلق جوڑے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amro se riwayat hai keh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Kisi kaam ka badla dena sila rehmi nahi balkeh sila rehmi karne wala woh hai keh jab us ke sath taluq munqata kiya jaye to woh milaye, yani sila rehmi karte huye taluq jore.
(13220) Narrated Abdullah bin Amr (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said: The bond of kinship is suspended to the Throne of the Most Merciful (Allah) and says: Whoever joins me, Allah will join him and whoever breaks me, Allah will break him.

(١٣٢٢٠) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : صلہ رحمی رحمان کے عرش کے ساتھ معلق ہے اور کسی کام بدلہ دینا صلہ رحمی کرنے والا ہے جب اس سے تعلق توڑا جائے وہ تعلق جوڑے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amro (RA) se riwayat hai ke Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya: Sila rehmi Rehman ke arsh ke sath muallaq hai aur kisi kaam badla dena sila rehmi karne wala hai jab us se ta'lluq toda jaye woh ta'lluq jode.
Narrated by Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever loves that his sustenance be expanded for him and his life be prolonged, then let him uphold the ties of kinship."

(١٣٢٢١) سیدنا انس بن مالک (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس کو یہ بات پسند ہو کہ اس کے رزق میں برکت ہوجائے اور عمر بڑھا دی جائے تو وہ صلہ رحمی کرے۔
Sayyidna Anas bin Malik (RA) se riwayat hai ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jis ko ye baat pasand ho ke uske rizq mein barkat ho jaye aur umar badha di jaye to wo sila rehmi kare.
Salman bin Amir narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Giving charity to a poor person is charity, but giving charity to a relative has a double reward, the reward of charity and the reward of upholding kinship ties."

(١٣٢٢٢) سلمان بن عامر سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تیرا مسکین پر صدقہ کرنا تو صدقہ ہی ہے لیکن رشتہ دار پر صدقہ کرنے کا دوہرا اجر ہے، صدقے کا اور صلہ رحمی کا۔
Salman bin Aamir se riwayat hai ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Tera miskeen par sadqah karna to sadqah hi hai lekin rishtedaar par sadqah karne ka dohera ajr hai, sadqe ka aur sila rehmi ka.
Sufyan said: I prayed with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the mosque of Qiblatain. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best charity is that which is given to a poor relative."

(١٣٢٢٣) سفیان کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ قبلتین مسجد میں نماز پڑھی، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : سب سے افضل صدقہ قریبی رشتہ دار جو کنگال ہو اس پر ہے۔
(13223) Sufyan kahte hain ki maine Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath Qiblatain Masjid mein Namaz padhi, Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Sab se afzal sadqa qareebi rishtedaar jo kangaal ho us par hai.
Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Gabriel continued to recommend to me (to treat the neighbor kindly) so much so that I thought he would inherit (him).

(١٣٢٢٤) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جبرائیل مجھے ہمیشہ یہ وصیت کرتے رہے کہ پڑوس کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک کرو، یہاں تک میں نے یہ سمجھ لیا کہیں اس کو وارث بھی نہ بنادیا جائے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (RA) se riwayat hai ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jibrail mujhe hamesha yeh wasiyat karte rahe ke padosi ke sath acha suluk karo, yahan tak mein ne yeh samajh liya kahin is ko waris bhi na bana diya jaye.
(13225) It is similar to the previous narration from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), except for this addition: In the narration of Ibn Munhal from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), he did not say the word "O-Hasibt".

(١٣٢٢٥) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) سے پچھلی روایت کی طرح ہے، سوائے اس اضافے کے ابن منہال کی جو روایت عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) سے ہے اس میں انھوں نے ” اوحسبت “ کے لفظ نہیں کہے۔
13225 Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (RA) se pichli riwayat ki tarah hai siwae is izafe ke Ibn Munhal ki jo riwayat Abdullah bin Umar (RA) se hai us mein unhon ne "ohasibt" ke lafz nahin kahe.
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: I said: "O Prophet of Allah! I have two neighbors. Whom should I send gifts to first?" He said: "To the one whose door is nearer to yours."

(١٣٢٢٦) حضرت عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں : اے اللہ کے نبی ! میری دو پڑوسنیں ہیں، میں حسن سلوک کی ابتدا کس سے کروں ؟ فرمایا : جو تیرے دروازے کے زیادہ قریب ہو۔
(13226) Hazrat Ayesha (RA) farmati hain : Aye Allah ke Nabi! Meri do parosnian hain, main husn salook ki ibtida kis se karoon? Farmaya : Jo tere darwaze ke ziada qareeb ho.
