Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13774
Fatima bint Qais narrated that Abu Amr bin Hafs divorced her in his absence (without her knowledge). She narrated the whole story. She said: "When I became permissible (lawful to marry after completion of the Iddah), I mentioned to the Prophet (ﷺ) that Mu'awiya and Abu Jahm had proposed marriage to me. He (ﷺ) said: 'As regards Abu Jahm, he is a man who does not put down his stick (i.e. he beats his wives). And Mu'awiya is a poor man having no wealth. You should marry Usamah bin Zaid.' She said: 'I disliked him'. He (ﷺ) said: 'Marry Usamah.' So, I married him, and Allah blessed me on account of that marriage, and I was envied (by the people)."

(١٣٧٧٤) فاطمہ بنت قیس فرماتی ہیں کہ ابو عمرو بن حفص نے اپنی عدم موجودگی میں طلاق بتہ دے دی۔ اس نے حدیث کو ذکر کیا۔ جب میں حلال ہوگی (یعنی عدت پوری ہوگئی) تو میں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے تذکرہ کیا کہ معاویہ اور ابوجہم نے مجھے نکاح کا پیغام دیا ہے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ابو جہم اپنے کندھے سے عصا نہیں اتارتا۔ 1 ہاتھ مارتا ہے 2 یا سفروں میں رہتا ہے اور معاویہ فقیر آدمی ہے اس کے پاس مال نہیں ہے، آپ اسامہ بن زید سے نکاح کرلیں۔ کہتی ہیں : میں نے اس کو ناپسند کیا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اسامہ سے نکاح کرلو۔ میں نے اسامہ سے نکاح کرلیا تو اللہ نے اس میں برکت ڈال دی اور مجھ پر رشک کیا جاتا تھا۔
13774 Fatima bint Qais farmati hain keh Abu Amr bin Hafs ne apni adam maujoodgi mein talaq bata de di Us ne hadees ko zikr kya Jab main halal hongi yani iddat poori hogayi to main ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se tazkara kya keh Muawiya aur Abu Jahm ne mujhe nikah ka paigham diya hai Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Abu Jahm apne kandhe se asa nahi utarta 1 haath marta hai 2 ya safron mein rehta hai aur Muawiya faqeer aadmi hai uske paas maal nahi hai aap Usama bin Zaid se nikah kar len Kehti hain main ne usko napasand kya Phir aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Usama se nikah kar lo Main ne Usama se nikah kar liya to Allah ne us mein barkat daal di aur mujh per rashk kya jata tha
Abu Baridah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: “The lineage of the people of the world is this wealth."
Grade: Sahih
(١٣٧٧٥) حضرت ابوبریدہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا : دنیا والوں کا حسب یہ مال ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain ke maine Rasool Allah (SAW) se suna: Duniya walon ka hasab ye maal hai.
(13777) Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The nobility of a man is his religion, his chivalry is his intellect, and his lineage is his character."
(b) In the narration of Ibn Yusuf it is stated: "His chivalry is his intellect."
Grade: Da'if
(١٣٧٧٧) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : آدمی کا کرم اس کا دین ہے اس کی مروت عقل ہے اور حسب اخلاق ہے۔
(ب) ابن یوسف کی روایت میں ہے کہ اس کی مروت عقل ہے۔
(13777) Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: aadmi ka karam uska deen hai uski murawat aql hai aur husn akhlaq hai.
(b) Ibn Yusuf ki riwayat mein hai ke uski murawat aql hai.
