Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15663
Sufyan narrated to us from `Abdullah bin Dinar from Ibn `Umar (RA) that he heard `Umar (RA) saying, "No suckling is permissible except during the first two years (of infancy)."

(١٥٦٦٣) ہمیں سفیان نے عبداللہ بن دینار سے حدیث بیان کی، وہ ابن عمر (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں۔ کہ میں نے عمر (رض) کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا نہیں رضاعت مگر بچپن کے (ابتدائی) دو سالوں میں ہے۔
Hamen Sufyan ne Abdullah bin Dinar se hadees bayaan ki, woh Ibn Umar (RA) se riwayat karte hain. Ke maine Umar (RA) ko farmate huye suna nahi riza'at magar bachpan ke (ibtidai) do saloon mein hai.
Yahya bin Saeed narrated from Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that regarding the breastfeeding of Ka'b, he said: "I do not consider it anything but forbidden." Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Breastfeeding is only that which happens within two years." Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Do not ask me about it as long as this scholar is among you."
Although this is mursal (a narration with a missing link in the chain), it has supporting narrations from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).

(١٥٦٦٤) یحییٰ بن سعید سے روایت ہے کہ ابو موسیٰ (رض) نے کبیر کی رضاعت کے بارے میں کہا : میں اس کو نہیں سمجھتا مگر وہ حرام ہوچکی ہے۔ ابن مسعود (رض) نے کہا : رضاعت اس کی ہے جو ہو دو سالوں میں ہو۔ ابو موسیٰ (رض) نے کہا : نہ تم سوال کرو مجھ سے جب تک یہ عالم تمہارے درمیان ہے۔
یہ اگرچہ مرسل ہے ، لیکن اس کے لیے ابن مسعود (رض) سے شواہد موجود ہیں۔
Yahya bin Saeed se riwayat hai ki Abu Moosa (RA) ne Kabeer ki razaat ke bare mein kaha: main is ko nahin samjhta magar woh haram ho chuki hai. Ibn Masood (RA) ne kaha: razaat us ki hai jo ho do salo mein ho. Abu Moosa (RA) ne kaha: na tum sawal karo mujh se jab tak yeh Aalim tumhare darmiyaan hai. Yeh agarche mursal hai, lekin is ke liye Ibn Masood (RA) se shawahid maujood hain.
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that breastfeeding is that which is between two years and which increases flesh and strengthens bones. Yahya bin Saeed narrated a similar meaning from Abdullah bin Masud in a mursal hadith regarding the two years.

(١٥٦٦٥) عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رضاعت ان کی ہے جودو سالوں کے درمیان ہو اور جو گوشت کو بڑھائے اور ہڈیوں کو مضبوط کرے۔ اسی کے ہم معنی اس کو یحییٰ بن سعید نے عبداللہ بن مسعود سے دو سالوں کے بارے میں مرسل روایت کیا ہے۔
(15665) Abdullah (rz) se riwayat hai ki razaat un ki hai jo do saloon ke darmiyaan ho aur jo gosht ko barhaye aur haddiyon ko mazboot kare. Isi ke hum mani us ko Yahya bin Saeed ne Abdullah bin Masood se do saloon ke bare mein mursal riwayat ki hai.
'Ikrima narrates from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that a period of two years establishes the sanctity of marriage, even if it was just one sip (of milk). However, if it is after two years, then it holds no significance.

(١٥٦٦٧) عکرمہ ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ جو دو سالوں کے درمیان ہے وہ حرمت کو ثابت کرتا ہے۔ اگرچہ ایک گھونٹ ہو اور اگر دو سالوں کے بعد ہو تو وہ کوئی چیز نہیں ہے۔
Akramh Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat karte hain keh jo do salo ke darmiyaan hai woh hurmat ko sabit karta hai. Agarcheh aik ghoont ho aur agar do salo ke baad ho to woh koi cheez nahin hai.
(15668) Amr bin Dinar narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the period of breastfeeding is only two years. The correct view is that this is a statement of Ibn 'Abbas (and not a narration from the Prophet).

(١٥٦٦٨) عمرو بن دینار ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں رضاعت صرف دو سالوں میں ہے۔ صحیح یہ ہے کہ یہ موقوف ہے۔

١٥٦٦٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أبو الْفَضْلُ بْنُ خُمَيْرَوَيْهِ، أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ،عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ:" لَا رَضَاعَ إِلَّا مَا كَانَ فِي الْحَوْلَيْنِ "هَذَا هُوَ الصَّحِيحُ مَوْقُوفٌ
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15669
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Breastfeeding does not make anything unlawful except that which is between two years." Abu Ahmad said: This is well-known from Haytham ibn Jamil, who narrated it with his chain of narration from Ibn 'Uyainah. And apart from Haytham, it is narrated as a statement of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him).

(١٥٦٦٩) ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رضاعت نہیں حرام کرتی مگر جو دو سالوں کے درمیان ہو۔
ابو احمد کہتے ہیں : ہیثم بن جمیل سے یہ معروف ہے، وہ ابن عیینہ سے سنداً روایت کرتے ہیں اور ہیثم کے علاوہ ابن عباس (رض) پر یہ موقوف ہے۔
(15669) Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Razaat nahi haram karti magar jo do salo ke darmiyaan ho.
Abu Ahmad kahte hain: Haitham bin Jameel se ye maroof hai, wo Ibn Uyainah se sanadan riwayat karte hain aur Haitham ke ilawa Ibn Abbas (RA) par ye mauqoof hai.
We were narrated a hadith by Dawud ibn Abi Hind, from 'Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when a woman gives birth to a nine-month-old child, she should breastfeed him for twenty-one months; and if she gives birth to a seven-month-old child, she should breastfeed him for twenty-three (23) months; and when she gives birth to a six (6) month-old child, she should breastfeed him for twenty-four (24) months. As Allah has said.

(١٥٦٧٠) ہمیں داؤد بن ابی ہند نے عکرمہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، وہ ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ جب عورت نو ماہ کے بچے کو جنم دے تو اسے اکیس ماہ دودھ پلائے اور اگر سات ماہ کے بچے کو جنم دے تو اسے تئیس (23) ماہ دودھ پلائے اور جب وہ چھ (6) ماہ کے بچے کو جنم دے تو اسے چوبیس 24 ماہ دودھ پلائے۔ جس طرح اللہ نے فرمایا ہے۔
Hamen Daud bin Abi Hind ne Akarma se hadees bayan ki, woh Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat karte hain ki jab aurat nau mah ke bache ko janam de to use ikkis mah doodh pilaye aur agar saat mah ke bache ko janam de to use teis (23) mah doodh pilaye aur jab woh chhe (6) mah ke bache ko janam de to use chaubis 24 mah doodh pilaye. Jis tarah Allah ne farmaya hai.
