Saad narrates that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted amnesty to all the people except four men and two women, and he said regarding them: "Even if they were to hang from the curtains of the Kaaba, kill them."

(١٦٨٦٢) حضرت سعد فرماتے ہیں کہ فتح مکہ کے دن نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے تمام لوگوں کو امن دے دیا تھا مگر چار لوگوں کو اور دو عورتوں کے متعلق فرمایا تھا : اگر وہ کعبہ کے پردے سے بھی لٹکے ہوں تو ان کو قتل کر دو ۔
Hazrat Saad farmate hain ki fath Makkah ke din Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne tamam logon ko aman de diya tha magar chaar logon ko aur do auraton ke mutalliq farmaya tha : agar woh Kaaba ke parde se bhi latke hon to un ko qatl kar do .
Ibn Abbas narrates that a man killed his slave girl, with whom he had children, because she abused the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) declared his blood to be unlawful (meaning he was not to be killed in retaliation).

(١٦٨٦٣) ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نے اپنی اس لونڈی کو جس سے اس کی اولاد بھی تھی نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو گالی دینے کی وجہ سے قتل کردیا تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کے خون کو رائیگاں قرار دیا۔
(16863) ibne abbas farmate hain ke ek shakhs ne apni us laundi ko jis se us ki aulad bhi thi nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko gali dene ki waja se qatl kardiya to nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne us ke khoon ko raigan karar diya.
(16864) It is narrated on the authority of Urwa ibn Muhammad from a man of Balqa that a woman abused the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so Khalid ibn al-Walid killed her.

(١٦٨٦٤) عروہ بن محمد بلقین کے ایک شخص سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ایک عورت نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو گالی دی تو خالد بن ولید نے اسے قتل کردیا۔
(16864) Urwah bin Muhammad bilqeen ke ek shakhs se riwayat karte hain ki ek aurat ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko gaali di to Khalid bin Waleed ne usay qatl kardiya.
Jabir reported that a woman apostatized, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Offer her Islam, if she accepts, then fine, otherwise kill her." She did not accept, so she was killed.

(١٦٨٦٥) جابر فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک عورت مرتد ہوگئی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس پر اسلام پیش کرو اگر مانے تو ٹھیک ورنہ قتل کر دو ۔ وہ نہ مانی تو اسے قتل کردیا گیا۔
(16865) Jabir farmate hain ki ek aurat murtad hogayi to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: us par Islam pesh karo agar mane to theek warna qatal kar do. Woh na mani to use qatal kar diya gaya.
Jabir narrates that a woman named Umm Marwan apostatized, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Offer her Islam, if she accepts then it's fine otherwise kill her."

(١٦٨٦٦) حضرت جابر فرماتے ہیں کہ ام مروان نامی ایک عورت مرتد ہوگئی تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس پر اسلام پیش کرو اگر مانے تو ٹھیک ورنہ قتل کر دو ۔
Hazrat Jabar farmate hain ke Umm Marwan nami ek aurat murtad hogayi to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Is par Islam pesh karo agar mane to theek warna qatal kar do.
Zahri says that if a woman becomes an apostate, she should be asked to repent. If she does not repent, she should be killed.
This is also the saying of Ibrahim al-Nakha'i.

(١٦٨٦٨) زہری کہتے ہیں کہ جو عورت مرتد ہوجائے تو اسے توبہ کا کہا جائے گا۔ اگر توبہ نہ کرے تو اسے قتل کردیا جائے۔
ابرہیم النخعی کا بھی یہی قول ہے۔
(16868) Zahri kehte hain keh jo aurat murtad hojae to usey toba ka kaha jae ga. Agar toba na kare to usey qatal kar diya jae.
Ibrahim alnakhi ka bhi yahi qaul hai.
'Abdur-Rahman ibn Mahdi said: I asked Sufyan about the hadith of 'Asim regarding the apostate, so he said: This narration is not from a trustworthy source.

(١٦٨٧٠) عبدالرحمن بن مہدی کہتے ہیں : میں نے سفیان سے عاصم کی مرتدہ کے بارے میں حدیث کا سوال کیا تو فرمایا : یہ روایت ثقہ سے نہیں ہے۔
(16870) abdulrehman bin mahdi kehte hain : mainne sufyan se aasim ki murtadah ke bare mein hadees ka sawal kiya to farmaya : yeh riwayat siqah se nahin hai.
Imam Shafi'i said: "There is a difference of opinion concerning the apostate. The evidence of some people is the narration of Ibn 'Abbas that he should be imprisoned and not killed. Some of the adherents to this opinion spoke to me in the gathering of scholars, so I asked them for the proof of this hadith, but none of them spoke, they all fell silent."

(١٦٨٧١) امام شافعی فرماتے ہیں کہ مرتدہ کے بارے میں اختلاف ہے۔ بعض لوگوں کی دلیل یہ ابن عباس کی روایت ہے کہ اسے قید کیا جائے قتل نہ کیا جائے۔ اس مذہب کے قائلین میں سے بعض نے اہل علم کی مجلس میں مجھ سے گفتگو کی تو میں نے ان سے اس حدیث کے ثبوت کے بارے میں سوال کیا تو ان میں سے ایک نے بھی بات نہ کی، سب خاموش ہوگئے۔
(16871) Imam Shafi farmate hain ke murtad ke bare mein ikhtilaf hai. Baz logon ki daleel ye Ibn Abbas ki riwayat hai ke use qaid kiya jaye qatl na kiya jaye. Is mazhab ke qaileen mein se baz ne ahl e ilm ki majlis mein mujh se guftgu ki to mein ne un se is hadees ke saboot ke bare mein sawal kiya to un mein se ek ne bhi baat na ki, sab khamosh hogaye.
Khalid bin Yazid bin Abi Malik Damishqi states that his father informed him that Abu Bakr had a woman named Umm Qirfa executed for apostasy.

(١٦٨٧٢) خالد بن یزید بن ابی مالک دمشقی کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے میرے والد نے بتایا کہ حضرت ابوبکر نے ام قرفہنامی عورت کو ارتداد کی وجہ سے قتل کیا۔
(16872) Khalid bin Yazid bin Abi Malik Damishqi kehte hain ki mujhe mere walid ne bataya ki Hazrat Abu Bakr ne Umm Qirfa nami aurat ko irtidad ki wajah se qatl kiya.
Saeed bin Abdulaziz Tanookhi states that a woman named Umm Qirfa became an apostate. Abu Bakr asked her to repent, but she refused, so he had her killed.
This is also the opinion of Imam Laith, Imam Malik, and Imam Shafi'i.

(١٦٨٧٣) سعید بن عبدالعزیز تنوخی فرماتے ہیں کہ ام قرفہ نامی عورت ارتداد کا شکار ہوئی۔ حضرت ابوبکر نے اسے توبہ کا کہا، اس نے انکار کیا تو آپ نے اسے قتل کروا دیا۔
امام لیث اور امام مالک و شافعی کا بھی یہی مذہب ہے۔
Saeed bin Abdulaziz Tanookhi farmate hain ki Umm Qarfa nami aurat irtidad ka shikar hoi. Hazrat Abu Bakr ne usey tauba ka kaha, usne inkar kiya to aap ne usey qatal karwa diya. Imam Laith aur Imam Malik o Shafai ka bhi yahi mazhab hai.
