Chapter: What is mentioned about slaughtering from the slaughtered of a woman and a child from Muslims or People of the Book
باب ما جاء في ذبيحة من أطاق الذبح من امرأة وصبي من المسلمين أو من أهل الكتاب
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 19156
Ibn Ka'b bin Malik narrated from his father that a woman slaughtered a goat with a stone. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was informed, but he did not see any harm in it.

(١٩١٥٦) ابن کعب بن مالک اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک عورت نے پتھر سے بکری ذبح کردی۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو بتایا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس میں کوئی حرج محسوس نہ کیا۔
19156 Ibn Kaab bin Malik apne walid se naql farmate hain ke ek aurat ne pathar se bakri zabah kardi Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko bataya gaya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne is mein koi harj mehsoos na kiya
Muadh bin Sa'd or Sa'd bin Muadh reported that the slave girl of Ka'b bin Malik used to graze goats on the Sala' mountain. When a goat was about to die, she slaughtered it with a stone. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked about it, so he (ﷺ) said: "There is no harm in eating it."

(١٩١٥٧) معاذ بن سعد یا سعد بن معاذ فرماتے ہیں کہ کعب بن مالک کی لونڈی سلع پہاڑ پر بکریاں چراتی تھی۔ ایک بکری مرنے لگی تو اس نے پتھر سے ذبح کر ڈالی تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے پوچھا گیا : آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس کے کھانے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔

Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted women, children, or slaves to slaughter (animals) if they pronounce the name of Allah (Takbir) over the slaughter.

(١٩١٥٨) جابر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عورت، بچے یا غلام کے ذبیحہ کی رخصت دی ہے، جب وہ تکبیر پڑھ کر ذبح کرے۔
(19158) Jabir (RA) farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne aurat, bache ya ghulam ke zabiha ki rukhsat di hai, jab wo takbeer parh kar zabah kare.
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded that when slaughtering an animal for a child, one should say the Takbir (Allahu Akbar) and then slaughter it, and it is permissible to eat from it. Mujahid said: There is no harm in eating from the slaughter of a child, a woman, or a person from the People of the Book.

(١٩١٥٩) حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بچے کو ذبح کرنے کا حکم دیا جب وہ تکبیر پڑھ کر ذبح کرے تو کھا لینا چاہیے۔ (ب) مجاہد فرماتے ہیں : بچے اور عورت اور اہل کتاب کا ذبیحہ کھا لینے میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔
(19159) Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) farmate hain keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne bachay ko zibah karne ka hukum diya jab woh takbeer parh kar zibah kare to kha lena chahiye. (b) Mujahid farmate hain : bachay aur aurat aur ehl e kitab ka zabiha kha lene mein koi harj nahin hai.
