Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11676
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Abbas that a few companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by some people near water. There was a man there who had been stung by a scorpion. A man from that tribe came to the companions and said: "Is there anyone among you who can perform Ruqyah (healing by reciting verses of the Quran)? A man amongst us has been stung by a scorpion." One of the companions went to him and performed Ruqyah on the man in return for a few goats, and by the will of Allah, the man recovered. That companion came back to the other companions with the goats. They disapproved of his action and said: "You have taken a fee for something from the Book of Allah." They came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and told him what had happened. Upon this, you (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Out of all the things you take a fee for, the Book of Allah has the most right."

(١١٦٧٦) حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس سے منقول ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے چند صحابہ پانی کے پاس سے گزرے، وہاں ایک آدمی تھا جسے بچھو نے کاٹا ہوا تھا۔ اس قبیلے کا ایک آدمی صحابہ کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا : تم میں سے کوئی دم کرنے والا ہے ؟ ہمارے ایک آدمی کو بچھونے ڈس لیا ہے۔ ایک آدمی ان صحابہ میں سے گیا، اس نے چند بکریوں کے عوض سو رہ فاتحہ کے ساتھ دم کیا۔ اس آدمی کو شفاء مل گئی۔ یہ صحابی بکریاں لے کر صحابہ کے پاس آئے۔ انھوں نے اس فعل کو ناپسند کیا اور کہا : تو نے اللہ کی کتاب پر اجرت لی ہے۔ وہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئے اور آپ کو بتایا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم جس چیز پر اجرت لیتے ہو ان میں اللہ کی کتاب زیادہ حق دار ہے۔
11676 Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas se manqol hai ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke chand Sahaba pani ke pass se guzre, wahan ek aadmi tha jise bichhu ne kata hua tha. Iss qabile ka ek aadmi Sahaba ke pass aaya aur kehne laga: tum mein se koi dam karne wala hai? Humare ek aadmi ko bichhu ne dass liya hai. Ek aadmi in Sahaba mein se gaya, usne chand bakriyon ke awaz saurah Fatiha ke sath dam kiya. Iss aadmi ko shifa mil gai. Yeh Sahabi bakriyan lekar Sahaba ke pass aaye. Unhon ne iss feyl ko napasand kiya aur kaha: tum ne Allah ki kitab par ujrat li hai. Woh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass aaye aur aap ko bataya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: tum jis cheez par ujrat lete ho un mein Allah ki kitab zyada haqdaar hai.
١١٦٧٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو يَحْيَى أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّمَرْقَنْدِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ يَعْنِي أَبَا مَعْشَرٍ الْبَرَاءَ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْأَخْنَسِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ نَفَرًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرُّوا بِمَاءٍ وَفِيهِمْ لَدِيغٌ أَوْ سَلِيمٌ،فَعَرَضَ لَهُمْ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَاءِ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ:هَلْ فِيكُمْ مِنْ رَاقٍ، إِنَّ فِي الْمَاءِ رَجُلًا لَدِيغًا أَوْ سَلِيمًا، فَانْطَلَقَ رَجُلٌ مِنْهُمْ فَقَرَأَ أُمَّ الْكِتَابِ عَلَى شَاءٍ، فَبَرَأَ، فَجَاءَ بِالشَّاءِ إِلَى أَصْحَابِهِ،فَكَرِهُوا ذَلِكَ وَقَالُوا:أَخَذْتَ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللهِ أَجْرًا، فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ بِمَا كَانَ،فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّ أَحَقَّ مَا أَخَذْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا كِتَابُ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ "رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ سِيدَانَ بْنِ مُضَارِبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ
