Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11781
Hisham reported from his father that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Whoever cultivates dead land, it belongs to him. The oppressive waterer has no right to it."

(١١٧٨١) ہشام اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے بنجر زمین آباد کی وہ اسی کی ہے اور ظالم رگ والے کے لیے کوئی حق نہیں ہے۔
11781 Hisham apne walid se naql farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Jisne banjar zameen abad ki wo usi ki hai aur zalim rag wale ke liye koi haq nahi hai.
١١٧٨١ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ، وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ "
