Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11802

(11802) Hisham reporting on the authority of his father that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وآلہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) allotted land to Zubair, and Umar bin Khattab ( ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ) allotted a place called 'Aqiq, so he (the Holy Prophet) said: Where are those who will take (the land)? Imam Shafi'i says: 'Aqiq is near Medina.

(١١٨٠٢) ہشام اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے زبیر کو زمین الاٹ کی اور عمر بن خطاب (رض) نے عقیق نامی جگہ الاٹ کی تو فرمایا : کہاں ہیں لینے والے۔ امام شافعی کہتے ہیں : عقیق مدینہ کے قریب ہی ہے۔

(11802) Hisham apne walid se naql farmate hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Zubair ko zameen allot ki aur Umar bin Khattab (RA) ne Aqiq nami jaga allot ki to farmaya: kahan hain lene wale. Imam Shafi kehte hain: Aqiq Madina ke qareeb hi hai.

١١٨٠٢ - وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَقْطَعَ الْعَقِيقَ أَجْمَعَ،وَقَالَ:" أَيْنَ الْمُسْتَقْطَعُونَ؟ "قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: وَالْعَقِيقُ قَرِيبٌ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ
