Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12309
Yazid Rasikh reported: I asked Said bin Musayyab about a man who died and left behind a wife and parents. He said: Zaid divided it into four portions: one portion for the wife and the remaining one third for the mother and the remaining property for the father.

(١٢٣٠٩) یزید رشک فرماتے ہیں : میں نے سعید بن مسیب سے سوال کیا، ایسے آدمی کے بارے میں جو فوت ہوگیا اور اس نے بیوی اور والدین چھوڑے۔ سعید نے کہا : زید نے اسے چار حصوں میں تقسیم کیا : بیوی کے لیے ایک حصہ اور ماں کے لیے باقی کا ثلث اور باپ کے باقی ماندہ مال۔
Yazid Rashk farmate hain : maine Saeed bin Musayyab se sawal kiya, aise aadmi ke bare mein jo foot hogaya aur usne biwi aur waldain chhore. Saeed ne kaha : Zaid ne use chaar hisson mein taqseem kiya : biwi ke liye ek hissa aur maa ke liye baqi ka suls aur baap ke baqi manda maal.
١٢٣٠٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أنا يَحْيَى، أنا يَزِيدُ، أنا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى،عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ قَالَ:سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ امْرَأَةً وَأَبَوَيْنِ،قَالَ:" قَسَمَهَا زَيْدٌ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ أَسْهُمٍ: لِلْمَرْأَةِ سَهْمٌ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ، وَلِلْأَبِ بَقِيَّةُ الْمَالِ "
