(12345) Abu Bakr bin Abdur Rahman bin Harith used to fix the prescribed share (of inheritance) only for (paternal grandmothers or maternal grandmothers).

(١٢٣٤٥) ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمن بن حارث فرض حصہ صرف (دادیوں یا نانیوں) کے لیے مقرر کرتے تھے۔

١٢٣٤٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ" كَانَ لَا يَفْرِضُ إِلَّا لِلْجَدَّتَيْنِ "
