Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12360
It is narrated from Shabi that Ali and Zaid (may Allah be pleased with them) used to make the closest relative in inheritance as the heir.
Grade: Da'if
(١٢٣٦٠) شعبی سے ہے کہ حضرت علی اور زید (رض) جدات میں سب سے قریبی کو وارث بناتے تھے۔
(12360) Shobai se hai ki Hazrat Ali aur Zaid (RA) jadat mein sab se qareebi ko waris banatay thay.
١٢٣٦٠ -قَالَ:وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، أنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ،عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:كَانَ عَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدٌ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا" يُوَرِّثَانِ مِنَ الْجَدَّاتِ الْأَقْرَبَ فَالْأَقْرَبَ "
