Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12380
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) intended to purchase a slave girl and set her free. Her owners said, "We will sell her to you, but her Wala' (allegiance) will remain with us." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not let this prevent you. Indeed, Wala' belongs to the one who sets free.”

(١٢٣٨٠) حضرت ابن عمر (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ سیدہ عائشہ (رض) نے ایک لونڈی خرید کر آزاد کرنے کا ارادہ کیا، اس کے مالکوں نے کہا : ہم تجھے بیچ دیتے ہیں لیکن ولاء ہمارے لیے ہے، سیدہ عائشہ (رض) نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو بتایاتو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تجھے یہ چیز نہ روک دے بیشک ولاء اس کے لیے ہے جو آزاد کرے۔
(12380) Hazrat Ibn Umar (RA) se riwayat hai ki Sayyida Ayesha (RA) ne ek laundi kharid kar azad karne ka irada kiya, us ke malikon ne kaha : hum tumhe bech dete hain lekin wala hamare liye hai, Sayyida Ayesha (RA) ne Rasul Allah (SAW) ko bataya to aap (SAW) ne farmaya : tumhe ye cheez na rok de beshak wala us ke liye hai jo azad kare.
١٢٣٨٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ النَّسَائِيُّ بِمِصْرَ، ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ جَارِيَةً تُعْتِقَهَا،فَقَالَ أَهْلُهَا:نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لَنَا، فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،فَقَالَ:" لَا يَمْنَعْكِ ذَلِكَ؛ فَإِنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ "رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ عَنْ قُتَيْبَةَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِكٍ
