Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12443
It is narrated from Ibrahim and Sha'bi that, according to the saying of Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding the daughter, sister, and grandfather, the daughter receives half, the grandfather receives one-sixth, and the sister receives the remainder. And he said similarly regarding the daughter, two sisters, and grandfather, and regarding the daughter, multiple sisters, and grandfather.

(١٢٤٤٣) ابراہیم اور شعبی سے منقول ہے کہ بیٹی، بہن اور دادے کے بارے میں حضرت علی (رض) کے قول کے مطابق بیٹی کے لیے نصف، دادے کے لیے سدس اور بہن کے لیے باقی ماندہ ہے اور اسی طرح کہا بیٹی دو بہنوں اور دادے کے بارے میں اور بیٹی، زیادہ بہنیں اور دادے کے بارے میں۔

١٢٤٤٣ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أنا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ أَصْحَابِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ، وَعَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ،فِي ابْنَةٍ وَأُخْتٍ وَجَدٍّ فِي قَوْلِ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ:" لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْجَدِّ السُّدُسُ، وَلِلْأُخْتِ مَا بَقِيَ، وَكَذَا قَالَ فِي ابْنَةٍ وَأُخْتَيْنِ وَجَدٍّ، وَفِي ابْنَةٍ وَأَخَوَاتٍ وَجَدٍّ "
