Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12444
Abdullah said regarding the daughter, sister, and grandfather: There will be four shares, meaning half, i.e., two shares for the daughter, one share for the grandfather, and one share for the sister. If there are two sisters, then out of eight shares: half for the daughter, meaning four shares, two shares for the grandfather, and one share each for the two sisters. If there are three sisters, then out of ten shares: half for the daughter, meaning five, two shares for the grandfather, and the remaining three shares, one each for the three sisters.

(١٢٤٤٤) حضرت عبداللہ نے بیٹی، بہن اور دادے کے بارے میں کہا : چار حصے ہوں گے، یعنی نصف یعنی دو حصے بیٹی کے لیے، دادے کے لیے ایک حصہ اور بہن کے لیے بھی ایک حصہ۔ اگر دو بہنیں ہوں تو آٹھ حصوں سے : بیٹی کے لیے نصف، یعنی چار حصے اور دادا کے لیے دو حصے اور دو بہنوں کے لیے ایک ایک حصہ ہوگا۔ اگر تین بہنیں ہوں تو دس حصوں سے : بیٹی کے لیے نصف، یعنی پانچ، دادے کے لیے دو حصے اور باقی تین حصے تینوں بہنوں کے لیے ایک ایک۔

١٢٤٤٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، فِي ابْنَةٍ وَأُخْتٍ وَجَدٍّ،قَالَ:" مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ؛ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ سَهْمَانِ، وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمٌ، وَلِلْأُخْتِ سَهْمٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَتَا أُخْتَيْنِ فَمِنْ ثَمَانِيَةٍ؛ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ أَرْبَعَةٌ، وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمَانِ، وَلِلْأُخْتَيْنِ سَهْمٌ سَهْمٌ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ ثَلَاثُ أَخَوَاتٍ فَمِنْ عَشَرَةٍ؛ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ خَمْسَةٌ، وَلِلْجَدِّ سَهْمَانِ، وَهُوَ خُمُسُ مَا بَقِيَ، وَلِلْأَخَوَاتِ سَهْمٌ سَهْمٌ "
