Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12498
Wathilah ibn Asqa' narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are three types of inheritance permissible for a woman: From her freed slave, if she finds something, it is for her, and [inheritance from] her son who was born as a result of Li'an (a procedure done in Islamic court in cases related to adultery)."

(١٢٤٩٨) واثلہ بن اسقع نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : عورت کے لیے تین قسم کی میراث جائز ہے اس کے آزاد کردہ کی اور اس کو کوئی گری پڑی چیز مل جائے تو اس کی اور اس بیٹے کی ہوگی جو لعان سے پیدا ہوا ہو۔
12498 Wasila bin Asqa Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Aurat ke liye teen qisam ki miraas jaiz hai uske aazaad kardah ki aur usko koi garee pari cheez mil jaye to uski aur us bete ki hogi jo laan se paida hua ho.
١٢٤٩٨ - أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ النَّصْرِيِّ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ اللَّيْثِيِّ،عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" تَحُوزُ الْمَرْأَةُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ: عَتِيقَهَا، وَلَقِيطَهَا، وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ "قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ النَّصْرِيِّ فِيهِ نَظَرٌ،قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ:سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ حَمَّادٍ يَذْكُرُهُ عَنِ الْبُخَارِيِّ
