باب ما جاء في قوله تعالى وإذا حضر القسمة أولو القربى واليتامى والمساكين فارزقوهم منه وقولوا لهم قولا معروفا

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12559
(12559) Said bin Musayyab said regarding the verse: {And give the relatives their rights, and the orphans, and the needy. So give them a portion of it}, that the obligatory shares of inheritance have abrogated it.

(١٢٥٥٩) سعید بن مسیب { وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَۃَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَی وَالْیَتَامَی وَالْمَسَاکِینُ فَارْزُقُوہُمْ مِنْہُ } کے بارے میں کہتے ہیں : اس کو فرائض نے منسوخ کردیا۔

١٢٥٥٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو،قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ،عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ:{وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ}،قَالَ:" نَسَخَتْهَا الْفَرَائِضُ "وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ عَطَاءٌ وَعِكْرِمَةُ وَالضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مُزَاحِمٍ
