Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12576
Ali (RA) said: Leaving a quarter of one's wealth as a will is more preferable to me than leaving a third, so whoever has bequeathed a third, they should not change it.
Grade: Da'if
(١٢٥٧٦) حضرت علی (رض) نے فرمایا : میرے نزدیک ربع کی وصیت کرنا ثلث سے زیادہ پسندیدہ ہے، پس جس نے ثلث کی وصیت کی وہ اسے نہ چھوڑے۔
(12576) Hazrat Ali (RA) ne farmaya : mere nazdeek rubah ki wasiyat karna suls se zyada pasandida hai, pas jis ne suls ki wasiyat ki wo use na chhore.
١٢٥٧٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ، أنا الشُّرَيْحِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ، أنا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ،عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:" لَأَنْ أُوْصِيَ بِالرُّبُعِ أَحَبُّ إِلِيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أُوصِيَ بِالثُّلُثِ، فَمَنْ أَوْصَى بِالثُّلُثِ فَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ "
