Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12975
It is narrated on the authority of Sa'id ibn Musayyab that 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) would set aside a share (of inheritance) for the child even if he was (just) crying (at the time of the deceased's death).
Grade: Da'if
(١٢٩٧٥) سعید بن مسیب سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت عمر (رض) بچہ کے لیے بھی حصہ رکھتے تھے جب وہ چیخ پڑتا تھا۔
(12975) Saeed bin Musayyab se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Umar (RA) bache ke liye bhi hissa rakhte the jab woh cheekh parhta tha.
١٢٩٧٥ -قَالَ:وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ" كَانَ يَفْرِضُ لِلصَّبِيِّ إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ "
