Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13548
A narration from Shabi states that the meaning of Allah's saying: {other than your husbands or those male relatives in whose hands your right hands are possessed} [An-Nur] is those whom women do not need.
Grade: Sahih
(١٣٥٤٨) شعبی سے روایت ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد : { غَیْرِ أُولِی الإِرْبَۃِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ } [النور ] اس سے مراد وہ ہے جس کو عورت کی حاجت نہ ہو۔
(13548) shobai se riwayat hai ki allah taala ke irshad : { ghairi oli al-irbati mina al-rijal } [al-noor] is se murad wo hai jis ko aurat ki hajat na ho.
١٣٥٤٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثنا رَوْحٌ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ،فِي قَوْلِهِ:{غَيْرِ أُولِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ}[النور: ٣١]قَالَ:" الَّذِي لَيْسَ لَهُ إِرْبٌ أَيْ حَاجَةٌ فِي النِّسَاءِ "
