Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13625
Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no marriage without a guardian."

(١٣٦٢٥) سیدنا ابو موسیٰ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” ولی کے بغیر نکاح نہیں ہوتا۔ “
(13625) sydna abu musa (rz) farmaty hain k rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ny farmaya: "wali k baghair nikah nahi hota."
١٣٦٢٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ مُكْرَمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ الْقَاضِي بِبَغْدَادَ، أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بُرْدٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ، ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ، ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ،عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ "وَقَدْ قِيلَ عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ نَفْسِهِ
