باب إنكاح الوليين
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13808
Samra (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When two guardians contract a marriage (of a woman), the first one has more right (i.e. the marriage contracted by the first one is valid).
Grade: Da'if
(١٣٨٠٨) حضرت سمرہ (رض) رسول کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جب دو ولی نکاح کریں تو پہلا زیادہ حق دار ہے (یعنی پہلے کا نکاح معتبر ہے) ۔
Hazrat Samra (Razi Allah Anha) Rasool Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain ki jab do walli nikah karen to pehla zyada haqdaar hai (yani pehle ka nikah motabar hai).
١٣٨٠٨ - أَخْبَرَنَاه أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْوَزِيرِ، ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَشْعَثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ،عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْمُجِيزَانِ، فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ "
