باب نكاح المحدثين وما جاء في قول الله عز وجل: الزاني لا ينكح إلا زانية أو مشركة والزانية لا ينكحها إلا زان أو مشرك وحرم ذلك على المؤمنين

Ikrama, commenting on Allah's decree "{ الزَّانِی لاَ یَنکِحُ اِلَّا زَانِیَۃً اَوْ مُشْرِکَۃً }", states that a fornicator only fornicates with a fornicatress. Sheikh (may Allah have mercy on him) states that a hadith with a similar meaning is also narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) through another chain of narration.

(١٣٨٦٦) حضرت عکرمہ اللہ کے اس فرمان کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں : { الزَّانِی لاَ یَنکِحُ اِلَّا زَانِیَۃً اَوْ مُشْرِکَۃً } کہ زانی مرد زانیہ عورت سے ہی زنا کرتا ہے۔ شیخ (رح) فرماتے ہیں کہ اس کے ہم معنیٰ حدیث دوسری سند سے ابن عباس (رض) سے بھی منقول ہے۔
Hazrat Akarma Allah ke is farmaan ke baare mein farmate hain: { alzzani la yankahu illa zaniatan aw mushrikatan } keh zani mard zania aurat se hi zina karta hai. Sheikh (rah) farmate hain keh is ke hum maeny hadees doosri sanad se Ibn Abbas (raz) se bhi manqool hai.
١٣٨٦٦ - أَخْبَرَنَاهُ الْإِمَامُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ، أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ فِرَاسٍ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الدَّيْبُلِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ،فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:{الزَّانِي لَا يَنْكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً}[النور: ٣]قَالَ:" لَا يَزْنِي إِلَّا بِزَانِيَةٍ "،قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ:وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْمَعْنَى مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
