Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 14435
(14435) Aisha (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for those conditions which make lawful what is unlawful or make unlawful what is lawful.” (b) Anas bin Malik (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition which makes unlawful what is lawful or makes lawful what is unlawful.”

(١٤٤٣٥) حضرت عائشہ (رض) رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : مسلمان اپنی شرطوں پر ہیں جو حق کے موافق ہوں۔ (ب) حضرت انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : مسلمان اپنی شرطوں پر ہیں جو ان میں سے حق کے موافق ہو۔
14435 Hazrat Ayesha (Razi Allahu Anha) Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmati hain ke Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Musalman apni sharton par hain jo haq ke muwafiq hon. (b) Hazrat Anas bin Malik (Razi Allahu Anhu) farmate hain ke Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Musalman apni sharton par hain jo in mein se haq ke muwafiq ho.
١٤٤٣٥ - قَالَ خُصَيْفٌ، وَحَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ،عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" الْمُسْلِمُونَ عِنْدَ شُرُوطِهِمْ مَا وَافَقَ الْحَقَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ "
