Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 14927
Mu'ayman bin Mihran reported that Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) divorced his wife while she was menstruating. The narrator said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered him to take her back until she became pure. Once she is pure, then if he wishes he may divorce her and if he wishes he may keep her, before consummating the marriage again.

(١٤٩٢٧) میمون بن مہران فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) نے اپنی بیوی کو حالتِ حیض میں طلاق دے دی۔ راوی کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو طہر تک رجوع کرنے کا حکم دیا جب وہ پاک ہوجائے۔ اگر چاہے تو طلاق دے اگر چاہے تو رکھ لے مجامت کرنے سے پہلے پہلے۔
Meemon bin Mahran farmate hain ke Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (RA) ne apni biwi ko halat e haiz mein talaq de di. Rawi kehte hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne usko taher tak ruju karne ka hukm diya jab woh pak hojaye. Agar chahe to talaq de agar chahe to rakh le mujamat karne se pehle pehle.
١٤٩٢٧ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ،وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا:نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ، نا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ ⦗٥٣٥⦘ مِهْرَانَ،عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي حَيْضَتِهَا قَالَ:فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَنْ يَرْتَجِعَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُجَامِعَ "
