باب ما جاء في قول الله عز وجل: {وإذا طلقتم النساء فبلغن أجلهن فأمسكوهن بمعروف أو سرحوهن بمعروف ولا تمسكوهن ضرارا}
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15155
(15155) Mujahid said regarding Allah's saying: {And do not keep them [your wives] to harm them} [Al-Baqarah 231] "Do not keep them to inflict harm upon them." Harm refers to when a husband divorces his wife and then takes her back a day before the end of her waiting period ('iddah) only to divorce her again. And he continues to do this repeatedly. This is inflicting harm.

(١٥١٥٥) مجاہد اللہ کے قول : { وَ لَا تُمْسِکُوْہُنَّ ضِرَارً } [البقرۃ ٢٣١] ” تکلیف دینے کی غرض سے تم ان کو مت روکو۔ “ ضرار یہ ہے کہ خاوند بیوی کو طلاق دے کر عدت کے ختم ہونے سے ایک دن پہلے رجوع کر کے طلاق دے۔ اسی طرح وہ کرتے رہے۔ یہ تکلیف دینا ہے۔
(15155) mujahid Allah ke qol : { wa la tumsikoohunna diraran } [al baqarah 231] ” takleef dene ki gharz se tum un ko mat roko۔ “ dirar ye hai ke khawand biwi ko talaq de kar iddat ke khatam hone se ek din pehle rujoo kar ke talaq de۔ isi tarah wo karte rahe۔ ye takleef dena hai.
١٥١٥٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، نا آدَمُ، نا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ،فِي قَوْلِهِ:{وَلَا تُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًا}[البقرة: ٢٣١]قَالَ:" الضِّرَارُ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ تَطْلِيقَةً ثُمَّ يُرَاجِعَهَا عِنْدَ آخِرِ يَوْمٍ يَبْقَى مِنَ الْأَقْرَاءِ ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقَهَا ثُمَّ يُرَاجِعَهَا عِنْدَ آخِرِ يَوْمٍ يَبْقَى مِنَ الْأَقْرَاءِ يُضَارُّهَا بِذَلِكَ "
