باب ما يكون بعد التعان الزوج من الفرقة ونفي الولد وحد المرأة إن لم تلتعن

Jahm bin Dinar narrates from Ibrahim that if, after mutual imprecation (Li'an), the man denies (the child being his), he will be punished (with the prescribed punishment for fornication). The child will be attributed to him (in terms of lineage), but they will never be allowed to be together.

(١٥٣٦٠) جہم بن دینار ابراہیم سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جب لعان کے بعد انسان اپنی تکذیب کرلے تو اسے حد لگائی جائے گی۔ بچے کی نسبت اس کی جانب ہوگی اور یہ دونوں کبھی اکٹھے نہ ہوں گے۔

١٥٣٦٠ -قَالَ:وَنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ الْوَاسِطِيِّ، عَنْ جَهْمِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ،عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:" إِذَا أَكْذَبَ نَفْسَهُ بَعْدَ اللِّعَانِ ضُرِبَ وَأُلْزِقَ بِهِ الْوَلَدُ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعَانِ أَبَدًا "، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
