Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15596
(15596) Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (RA): The waiting period of a woman seeking Khula (divorce initiated by wife) is like the waiting period of a divorced woman. Imam Bayhaqi said: This is the view of Said bin Musayyab, Sulaiman bin Yasar, Zuhri, Shabi, and the majority of scholars.

(١٥٥٩٦) عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ خلع کرنے والی کی عدت طلاق شدہ کی عدت کی طرح ہے۔ امام بیہقی فرماتے ہیں : یہ قول سعید بن مسیب اور سلیمان بن یسار، زہری، شعبی اور جماعت کا ہے۔
15596 Abdullah bin Umar (RA) se riwayat hai ke khula karne wali ki iddat talaq shuda ki iddat ki tarah hai. Imam Bayhaqi farmate hain: Yeh qaul Saeed bin Musayyab aur Sulaiman bin Yasar, Zuhri, Shabi aur jamaat ka hai.
