Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15617
Amr bin Shurayh narrated that a man asked Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) about a man who has two wives. One of them breastfed a boy and the other breastfed a girl. Is it permissible for the boy to marry the girl? He said: "No, because they share the same origin of conception, or the one who made them pregnant (i.e., their father) is the same."

(١٥٦١٧) عمرو بن شرید سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عباس (رض) سے ایک شخص کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا تو اس کی دو بیویاں ہیں، ان میں سے ایک نے لڑکے کو دودھ پلایا اور دوسری نے لڑکی کو دودھ پلایا۔ کیا لڑکا اس لڑکی سے شادی کرسکتا ہے ؟ آپ نے فرمایا : نہیں۔ کیونکہ ان کا نطفہ یا ان کو حاملہ کرنے والا ایک ہی ہے۔
Amr bin Shari se riwayat hai ki Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) se ek shakhs ke bare mein sawal kiya gaya to uski do biwiyan hain, in mein se ek ne larke ko doodh pilaya aur dusri ne larki ko doodh pilaya. Kiya larka is larki se shadi kar sakta hai? Aap ne farmaya: Nahin. Kyunki unka nutfa ya unko hamil karne wala ek hi hai.
١٥٦١٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ مَالِكٌ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دُرُسْتَوَيْهِ، نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، نا ابْنُ قَعْنَبٍ، وَابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، وَأَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ فَأَرْضَعَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا غُلَامًا وَأَرْضَعَتِ الْأُخْرَى جَارِيَةً فَقِيلَ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْغُلَامُ الْجَارِيَةَ،فَقَالَ:" لَا اللِّقَاحُ وَاحِدٌ "
