Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 16133
Abdullah bin Abi Nujayh narrated that he heard from his father that a man had sexual intercourse with a woman and then killed her, while she was in the state of Ihram. Uthman took blood money from him and also demanded an additional third.

(١٦١٣٣) عبداللہ بن ابی نجیح فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے اپنے والد سے سنا کہ ایک عورت کے ساتھ ایک شخص نے وطی کرلی اور اسے قتل کردیا اور وہ حرم میں تھی۔ حضرت عثمان نے اس سے دیت لی اور مزیدثلث طلب کیا۔
(16133) Abdullah bin Abi Najeh farmate hain ki maine apne wald se suna ki ek aurat ke sath ek shakhs ne wati karli aur use qatl kardiya aur wo haram mein thi. Hazrat Usman ne us se deet le li aur mazeed suls talab kiya.
١٦١٣٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، أنبأ شُعْبَةُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ،قَالَ:سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ: إِنَّ امْرَأَةً مَوْلَاةً لِلْعَبْلَاتِ وَطِئَهَا رَجُلٌ فَقَتَلَهَا وَهِيَ فِي الْحَرَمِ، فَجَعَلَ لَهَا عُثْمَانُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ دِيَةً وَثُلُثًا
