Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 17420
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a group of people came to him and asked him about Nabidh. He said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went on a journey. When he returned, his companions had made Nabidh for themselves in tar-coated vessels, green jars, and pumpkin containers. So, upon his order, it was spilled out, and he ordered them to bring something to drink. So, water and ripe dates were brought, which were made into Nabidh for him at night. He would drink it in the morning, and the Nabidh made in the morning, he would drink in the evening, and he ordered that whatever was left over should be thrown out.

(١٧٤٢٠) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ان کے پاس ایک قوم نے آکر نبیذ کے بارے میں سوال کیا تو فرمایا کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک سفر پر گئے۔ جب واپس آئے تو آپ کے صحابہ نے اپنے لیے تارکول کے برتن اور ہرے رنگ کے مٹکے اور کدو کے برتنوں میں نبیذ بنائی ہوئی تھی تو آپ کے حکم سے انھیں بہا دیا گیا اور آپ نے پینے کی چیز لانے کا کہا تو پانی اور منقہ لایا گیا جو آپ کے لیے رات کو بطور نبیذ بنایا جاتا تو صبح اسے پیتے اور صبح کا بنایا ہوا شام کو پیتے اور جو بچ جاتا اسے پھینکنے کا حکم دیتے۔
(17420) ibne abbas (rz) farmate hain ke unke pas ek qaum ne aakar nabiz ke bare mein sawal kiya to farmaya ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ek safar per gaye. jab wapas aaye to aap ke sahaba ne apne liye tarkol ke bartan aur hare rang ke matke aur kaddu ke bartanon mein nabiz banayi hui thi to aap ke hukm se unhen baha diya gaya aur aap ne pine ki cheez lane ka kaha to pani aur munakka laya gaya jo aap ke liye raat ko ba tor nabiz banaya jata to subah usey pite aur subah ka banaya huwa sham ko pite aur jo bach jata usey phenkne ka hukm dete.
١٧٤٢٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو،قَالُوا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ النَّسَائِيُّ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّقِّيُّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنْ ⦗٥٢١⦘ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ النَّخَعِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،قَالَ:أَتَاهُ قَوْمٌ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ،قَالَ:ثُمَّ سَأَلُوه عَنِ النَّبِيذِ،فَقَالَ:" خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَرَجَعَ مِنْ سَفَرِهِ وَأُنَاسٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ قَدِ انْتَبَذُوا نَبِيذًا لَهُمْ فِي نَقِيرٍ وَحَنَاتِمَ وَدُبَّاءٍ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُهْرِيقَتْ،قَالَ:فَأَمَرَ بِسِقَاءٍ فَجُعِلَ فِيهِ زَبِيبٌ وَمَاءٌ، وَكَانَ يُنْبَذُ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَيُصْبِحُ فَيَشْرَبُ يَوْمَهُ ذَلِكَ وَلَيْلَتَهُ الَّتِي تُسْتَقْبَلُ وَمِنَ الْغَدِ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ، فَإِذَا أَمْسَى شَرِبَ مِنْهُ وَسَقَى، فَإِنْ أَصْبَحَ فِيهِ شَيْءٌ أَمَرَ بِهِ فَأُهْرِيقَ "رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو
