Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 18364
Mujalid b. Sa'id reported: The people of Hira had concluded a peace treaty (with Khalid b. Walid) on the condition that whatever wealth they had would be distributed among themselves, but they would not be required to pay anything for (saving) their lives.

(١٨٣٦٤) مجالد بن سعید کہتے ہیں کہ حیرہ والوں سے مال پر صلح ہوئی تھی، جو وہ اپنے درمیان تقسیم کرلیتے تھے۔ لیکن مردوں کے ذمے کچھ نہیں تھا۔
(18364) Mujalid bin Saeed kahte hain ki Hira walon se maal par sulh hui thi, jo wo apne darmiyaan taqsim karlete the. Lekin mardon ke zimme kuchh nahin tha.
١٨٣٦٤ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ،قَالَ:أَهْلُ الْحِيرَةِ إِنَّمَا صُولِحُوا عَلَى مَا لَمْ يَقْتَسِمُوهُ بَيْنَهُمْ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الرِّجَالِ شَيْءٌ
