Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 186
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Cleanliness is half of faith." and the narrator said (الصَّلاَۃُ نُورٌ), "Prayer is light" instead of (اللَّہُ أَکْبَرُ) "Allah is the Greatest", (الْحَمْدُ لِلَّہِ ) "Praise be to Allah" and (الصَّوْمُ جُنَّۃٌ) "Fasting is a shield."

(١٨٦) رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” صفائی نصف ایمان ہے اور راوی نے (اللَّہُ أَکْبَرُ ) ، (الْحَمْدُ لِلَّہِ ) اور (الصَّوْمُ جُنَّۃٌ) کی جگہ (الصَّلاَۃُ نُورٌ) کے الفاظ ذکر کیے ہیں۔ “
(186) Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: "Safai nisf emaan hai aur ravi ne (Allahu Akbar), (Alhamdulillah) aur (Assaumu Junnatun) ki jaga (Assalatu Noorun) ke alfaz zikar kiye hain."
١٨٦ - أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ،ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَقَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" الطُّهُورُ شَطْرُ الْإِيمَانِ ". وَجَعَلَ بَدَلَ" اللهُ أَكْبَرُ "" الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ "، وَجَعَلَ مَكَانَ" الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ "." الصَّلَاةُ نُورٌ "
