يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ يحيى بن أبي كثير الطائي ثقة ثبت لكنه يدلس ويرسل
أَيُّوبَ أيوب السختياني ثقة ثبتت حجة
سُفْيَانُ سفيان الثوري ثقة حافظ فقيه إمام حجة وربما دلس

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 19124

Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “Slaughter should be done between the throat and the collarbone so that the life does not leave with difficulty.”


Grade: Da'if

(١٩١٢٤) حضرت عمر بن خطاب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حلق اور لبہ کے درمیان ذبح کیا جائے تاکہ جان مشقت سے نہ نکلے۔

(19124) Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RA) farmate hain keh halaq aur labah ke darmiyaan zibah kiya jaye taake jaan mushqat se na nikle.

١٩١٢٤ - وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ فُرَافِصَةَ الْحَنَفِيِّ،عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:الذَّكَاةُ فِي الْحَلْقِ وَاللَّبَّةِ، وَلَا تَعْجَلُوا الْأَنْفُسَ أَنْ تَزْهَقَ. وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا مِنْ وَجْهٍ ضَعِيفٍ مَرْفُوعًا، وَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ
