Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 20035
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "By Him in Whose Hand is my soul, an oath is binding in accordance with the intention of the one who takes it."

(٢٠٠٣٥) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : قسم وہ معتبر ہے جو قسم لینے والے کی نیت کے موافق ہو۔
(20035) Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain keh Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya : Qasam woh motabar hai jo qasam lenay walay ki niyat ke muwafiq ho.
٢٠٠٣٥ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهِ،ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّمَا الْيَمِينُ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ ". رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ
