باب كراهية الإمارة، وكراهية تولي أعمالها لمن رأى من نفسه ضعفا، أو رأى فرضها عنه بغيره ساقطا

Younus bin Abd al-A'la narrates that when the Caliph wrote to Abdullah bin Wahab for the post of Judge of Egypt, he confined himself to his house. One day, he was performing ablution in the middle of his house when Rushdin bin Sa'd saw him from the roof and said, "O Abu Muhammad! Will you not go out to the people and judge between them as Allah has commanded you? You have confined yourself to your house." He raised his head and said, "The limit of your knowledge is only this much. Do you not know that on the Day of Judgment, the reckoning of a judge will be with the kings, and the reckoning of the scholars will be with the prophets and messengers?"

(٢٠٢٤٠) یونس بن عبدالاعلیٰ فرماتے ہیں کہ خلیفہ نے عبداللہ بن وہب کو مصر کے عہدہ قضاء کے لیے لکھا تو انھوں نے اپنے گھر کو لازم پکڑ لیا۔ ایک دن گھر کے درمیان وضو کرنے لگے تو چھت سے رشدین بن سعد نے دیکھ لیا اور کہا : اے ابومحمد ! کیا لوگوں کی طرف نکل کر فیصلہ نہ کرو گے جس کا اللہ نے آپ کو حکم دیا ہے۔ آپ نے اپنے گھر کو لازم پکڑ لیا ہے۔ انھوں نے اپنا سر اٹھایا اور فرمایا تیرے علم کی انتہا یہی ہے۔ کیا تو جانتا نہیں ہے کہ قاضی کا حشر قیامت کے دن بادشاہوں کے ساتھ ہوگا اور علماء کا حشر انبیاء اور رسولوں کے ساتھ ہوگا۔
20240 Younus bin Abd-ul-Aala farmate hain ki Khalifa ne Abdullah bin Wahab ko Misr ke uhda qaza ke liye likha to unhon ne apne ghar ko lazim pakad liya Ek din ghar ke darmiyan wuzu karne lage to chhat se Rushdin bin Sa'ad ne dekh liya aur kaha Ae Abumohammad kya logon ki taraf nikal kar faisla na karoge jis ka Allah ne aap ko hukm diya hai Aap ne apne ghar ko lazim pakad liya hai Unhon ne apna sar uthaya aur farmaya tere ilm ki intiha yahi hai kya tu janta nahin hai ki qazi ka hashar qayamat ke din badshahon ke sath hoga aur ulma ka hashar anbiya aur rasolon ke sath hoga
٢٠٢٤٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ وَالِدِي،يَقُولُ:سَمِعْتُ، ح، وَأنبأ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ الْمُفَسِّرُ، مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ أنبأ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ الْأَرْغِيَانِيُّ،قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى يَقُولُ:" كَتَبَ الْخَلِيفَةُ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ فِي قَضَاءِ مِصْرَ فَجَنَّنَ نَفْسَهُ، وَلَزِمَ الْبَيْتَ، وَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ فِي وَسَطِ الدَّارِ، فَاطَّلَعَ عَلَيْهِ رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ مِنَ السَّطْحِ،فَقَالَ:"يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ أَلَا تَخْرُجُ إِلَى النَّاسِ، فَتَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَمَرَ اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ؟ قَدْ جَنَّنْتَ نَفْسَكَ، وَلَزِمْتَ الْبَيْتَ"، فَرَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَيْهِ،وَقَالَ:"إِلَى هَهُنَا انْتَهَى عِلْمُكَ؟ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ الْقُضَاةَ يُحْشَرُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَعَ السَّلَاطِينَ، وَيُحْشَرُ الْعُلَمَاءُ مَعَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَالْمُرْسَلِينَ؟ "
