Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 20457
Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: Whoever is entrusted with a position of authority by the Muslims, let him be just with his seat, his gesture, and his glance. (b) Abdullah Anzi narrated through his chain of narration: Let him be just with his gesture, his glance, and his speech.

(٢٠٤٥٧) ام سلمہ (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس کو مسلمانوں کا عہدہ قضاملا۔ وہ اپنی مسند، اشارہ اور نگاہ کے ساتھ عدل کرے۔ (ب) عبداللہ عنزی اپنی سند سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ اپنے اشارہ، نظر اور کلام کے ساتھ انصاف کرے۔
20457 Umme Salma (RA) Nabi (SAW) se naqal farmati hain ke Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Jis ko musalmanon ka uhda qazamla wo apni masnad ishara aur nigaah ke sath adal kare. (b) Abdullah Anzi apni sanad se naqal farmate hain ke apne ishara nazar aur kalaam ke sath insaf kare.
٢٠٤٥٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" مَنِ ابْتُلِيَ بِالْقَضَاءِ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلْيَعْدِلْ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي لَحْظِهِ وَإِشَارَتِهِ وَمَقْعَدِهِ ". رَوَاهُ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي الزَّرْقَاءِ، عَنْ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْعَنَزِيِّ بِإِسْنَادِهِ،وَقَالَ:" فِي إِشَارَتِهِ وَلَحْظِهِ وَكَلَامِهِ "
