Hassan says that a woman's testimony is not permissible for divorce.

(٢٠٥٢٧) حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ عورت کی شہادت طلاق کے لیے جائز نہیں ہے۔

(20527) Hazrat Hasan farmate hain keh aurat ki shahadat talaq ke liye jaiz nahi hai.

٢٠٥٢٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خِمَيْرَوَيْهِ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، أنبأ يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ النِّسَاءِ عَلَى الْإِطْلَاقِ "
