Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 21652
'Ikrama reported on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When a slave (who is paying for his freedom in installments) reaches the prescribed amount of his freedom or inheritance, then the inheritance will be given to him based on his proportion of freedom and the prescribed punishment (Hudood) will also be applied to him based on his proportion of freedom.

(٢١٦٥٢) عکرمہ ابن عباس (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب مکاتب حد یا وراثت کو پہنچے تو وراثت بھی اس کی آزادی کے حساب سے ملے گی اور حد بھی اس پر اس کی آزادی کے حساب سے لگائی جائے گی۔
21652 ikrima ibn abbas (rz) se naqal farmate hain ki nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jab maktab hadd ya wirasat ko pahunche to wirasat bhi is ki azadi ke hisab se milegi aur hadd bhi is par is ki azadi ke hisab se lagai jayegi.
٢١٦٥٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ،وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنبأ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنبأ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا،عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" إِذَا أَصَابَ الْمُكَاتَبُ حَدًّا أَوْ مِيرَاثًا، وَرِثَ بِحِسَابِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ وَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ بِحِسَابِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ "
