Chapter: What came in interpreting His Almighty's saying: And give them from the wealth of Allah which He has given you.
باب: ما جاء في تفسير قوله عز وجل: وآتوهم من مال الله الذي آتاكم.

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 21679
Muhammad bin Sirin said regarding the saying of Allah: {And give them from the wealth of Allah that He has given you}, that it was preferred that a man should waive some of the payment due from his indentured slave. Mujahid said regarding the saying of Allah: {And give them from the wealth of Allah that He has given you}, that a group of slaves should be set free.

(٢١٦٧٩) محمد بن سیرین اس قول { وَآتُوہُمْ مِنْ مَالِ اللَّہِ الَّذِی آتَاکُمْ } کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ ان کو یہ پسند تھا کہ آدمی اپنے مکاتبت غلام کی مکاتبت سے کچھ چھوڑ دے۔ مجاہد اس قول کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں :{ وَآتُوہُمْ مِنْ مَالِ اللَّہِ الَّذِی آتَاکُمْ } کہ غلاموں کے ایک گروہ کو آزاد کردیا جائے۔
21679 Muhammad bin Sirin is qol { waatuuhum min mali lahil lazi aatakum } ke bare mein farmate hain ki un ko ye pasand tha ki aadmi apne mukatabat gulam ki mukatabat se kuchh chhor de. Mujahid is qol ke bare mein farmate hain :{ waatuuhum min mali lahil lazi aatakum } ki gulamon ke ek goroh ko azad kar diya jaye.
٢١٦٧٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا حِبَّانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ،فِي قَوْلِهِ:{وَآتُوهُمْ مِنْ مَالِ اللهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ}[النور: ٣٣]قَالَ: " كَانَ يُعْجِبُهُمْ أَنْ يَدَعَ الرَّجُلُ لِمُكَاتَبِهِ طَائِفَةً مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ
