Chapter: Raising the Voice During the Khutbah
باب رفع الصوت بالخطبة
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5755
Ja'far narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would mention the Day of Judgement, his anger would intensify, his voice would become louder, and his cheeks would turn red, as if he (peace and blessings be upon him) was warning of an army about to attack in the morning or evening.

(٥٧٥٥) جعفر فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب قیامت کا تذکرہ فرماتے تو غصہ سخت، آواز بلند اور رخسار سرخ ہوجاتے، گویا آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کسی لشکر سے ڈرانے والے ہیں جو صبح یا شام کے وقت حملہ کرنے والا ہے۔
(5755) jaffar farmate hain ki rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) jab qayamat ka tazkira farmate to ghussa sakht, aawaz buland aur rukhsar surkh hojate, goya aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) kisi lashkar se darane wale hain jo subah ya sham ke waqt hamla karne wala hai.
٥٧٥٥ - وَرَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ،فَقَالَ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا ذَكَرَ السَّاعَةَ اشْتَدَّ غَضَبُهُ، وَارْتَفَعَ صَوْتُهُ، وَاحْمَرَّتْ وَجْنَتَاهُ كَأَنَّهُ نَذِيرُ جَيْشٍ صَبَّحَتْكُمْ مَسَّتْكُمْ ". أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ فَذَكَرَهُ مُخْتَصَرًا
